About

I’m a documentary filmmaker with over 15 years of experience, specializing in archival production and nonfiction storytelling. I work on feature films, series, and digital content—supporting projects from development to delivery.

As an archival producer, I conduct thorough research, source compelling historical and found footage, handle rights and clearances, and ensure accuracy and compliance across complex projects.

As a story producer, I collaborate closely with creative teams to develop narrative arcs, enhance structure, and identify the characters and themes that make nonfiction stories engaging.

My work has premiered at major international film festivals and streamed on platforms including Disney+, Apple TV, and Vice Media.

Originally from Mexico, I moved to New York City on a Fulbright Scholarship and earned an MFA in Integrated Media Arts from Hunter College (CUNY). I’m a member of the Writers Guild of America East (WGAE), the Archival Producers Alliance, and Brown Girls Doc Mafia. I also co-curated Proyector, a screening series spotlighting contemporary Mexican documentary films.

I’m passionate about stories rooted in truth, memory, and underrepresented voices, and I’m always open to new collaborations that challenge, inspire, and inform.
